Things to do in preparation for your Trial

  • Read your bill of complaint
  • Read your spouses cross-bill
  • Read all testimony from the depositions
  • Review your diary, highlighting significant events
  • Make sure you have a clean, well fitting suit and tie. Stick to a dark conservative suit, white shirt and conservative tie. Shine your shoes and don’t wear white socks! Contact your lawyer and make sure you are color coordinated for the trial. Have everything together the night before.
  • Relax
  • Get a good nights sleep
  • Be sure to eat something before you head to court
